Aidez-moi s’il vous plaît: Je suis en zone Afrique central, pays tropicale, et je sollicite savoir comment réellement fixer le problème de surchauffe sur mon moteur td4..?

Est-ce un problème de pompe ou de sous alimentation en eau?

Please help me: I am in Central Africa, tropical country, and I am asking to know how to really fix the overheating problem on my td4 engine ..?
Is it a problem with the pump or the under-supply of water?
